Google Earth shows the Rolwaling trek, starting from Dolakha, up the Tamba Kosi Valley to Simigaon, and then following the Rolwaling Valley to Beding, passing Tsho Rolpo and then over the Tashi (Tesi) Lapcha pass (5755m) and down the Thame Valley.
